Cheryl    Cheryl Purvines is a licensed title agent and has experience in multiple facets of the real-estate industry from lending to surveying. Cheryl has over a decade of experience in the title industry. Cheryl’s title industry experience includes past employment with a national underwriter and experience as an office manager and senior title closer for a regional title insurance company. Cheryl is responsible for each file from initial receipt of documents to the post closing processing and personally conducts each closing.

    Cheryl was born and raised in North Okaloosa County where she attended Laurel Hill High School and subsequently attended college at Okaloosa Walton Community College in Niceville, Florida (now Northwest Florida State College) and Lurleen B. Wallace State College in Andalusia, Alabama.

    Cheryl and her family reside in Crestview. She is an active member of her community participating in multiple civic organizations.


     Roberta Cannon Youngblood has brought 13 years of title and closing experience to Main Street Land Title. Prior to entering the title industry Roberta spent several years working in loan operations.  She oversees your file from receipt of the order to the closing table and through the post closing process.  Roberta brings a proficiency in Short-Sales, Relocations, 1031 Exchanges, Fannie Mae, Bank Owned and Residential Closings to MSLT.  She has a great relationship with local realtors and lenders and will ensure your transaction closes as smoothly and efficiently as possible for all parties.  

     Roberta has spent most of her life in North Okaloosa County where she resides with her family. She graduated from Baker High School and continued her education at Okaloosa Walton Community College (NWF State College), where she received her Associate of Arts degree.


    Nathan Boyles is an attorney and proprietor of Nathan D. Boyles P.A., and is licensed to practice law in Florida as well as Alabama. Nathan primarily practices in the areas of real-estate and business law. Nathan opened The Main Street Land Title Company, Inc., as a way of further enhancing the services that his is able to provide to his clients.

    Nathan, a native of North Okaloosa County, played football at Baker High School where he met his wife, Crystal, who is now a CPA. They have one son, Beau. He attended Okaloosa Walton Community College (now Northwest Florida State College) and then Florida State University where he received degrees in Civil Engineering and Law. While in school, Nathan became a real-estate agent and broker. He now maintains his license to help ensure his proficiency in real estate matters.

    Before becoming an attorney, Nathan gained invaluable experience working with a local civil engineering firm and at the Okaloosa County Department of Growth Management. While in law school, he clerked at a Pensacola civil litigation firm and worked for a local legal aid organization. Nathan continues to give back by actively participating in several local community organizations.
