CherylCHERYL PURVINES – Closing Officer    

    Cheryl Purvines has been a licensed title agent since 2005 and has experience in multiple facets of the real-estate industry from lending to surveying. She can help with any of your closing needs including residential and commercial sales, refinancing, home equity loans, 1031 Exchanges, REO sales, VA compromise sales and short sales. She enjoys helping people and is available to anyone who has questions about the closing process.

    Cheryl was born and raised in North Okaloosa County where she attended Laurel Hill High School and subsequently attended college at Okaloosa Walton Community College in Niceville, Florida (now Northwest Florida State College) and Lurleen B. Wallace State College in Andalusia, Alabama.

ROBERTA CANNON YOUNGBLOOD – Closing Officer

     Roberta Cannon Youngblood has brought 15 years of title and closing experience to Main Street Land Title. Prior to entering the title industry, Roberta spent several years working in loan operations. She brings a proficiency in Short-Sales, Relocations, 1031 Exchanges, Fannie Mae, Bank Owned and Residential Closings to MSLT. Roberta maintains a great relationship with local realtors and lenders and will ensure your transaction closes as smoothly and efficiently as possible for all parties.

Roberta has spent most of her life in North Okaloosa County where she resides with her family. She graduated from Baker High School and continued her education at Okaloosa Walton Community College (NWF State College), where she received her Associate of Arts degree. CELESTE ACOSTA – Closing Coordinator

Celeste moved to Crestview from Beavercreek, Ohio in 2005. She joined the MSLT team in 2013 as a receptionist and then moved into a closing coordinator position in 2017. Prior to 2013, Celeste was an active community volunteer for Okaloosa County Schools, chairing committees with the band boosters until her daughter, Cassie, graduated in 2012. She also served in the U.S. Air Force and earned an Associate’s of Arts Degree in Accounting in 2004 from Sinclair Community College in Dayton, Ohio. MISTY OSBORN – Administrative Specialist

Misty Osborn was born in Texas, but was raised in Missouri where her parents returned after her father’s service in the military. Misty loves the ocean and has visited many beaches. After a trip to the Emerald Coast less than 5 years ago, it was clear that this was the place that she would live once her son graduated high school. Misty relocated to Crestview in 2015 and joined MSLTC in March 2016. Misty has over 20 years of customer service and office administration experience. NATHAN BOYLES, Attorney and CRYSTAL BOYLES, Manager
Owners

Nathan and Crystal Boyles work together as a team to operate The Main Street Land Title Company. Both natives of North Okaloosa County, their life together began at Baker High School, where Nathan played football and Crystal played volleyball. Nathan and Crystal are committed to Northwest FL and are very active in supporting and growing the local communities. Their own personal dealings in real estate allow them to relate with you on your transaction from beginning to end. They enjoy raising their children, Beau (5) and Quinn (1), in Okaloosa County and frequently take advantage of the beautiful outdoor activities available.

    Nathan attended Okaloosa Walton Community College (now NW FL State College) and then Florida State University where he received degrees in Civil Engineering and Law. While in school, Nathan became a real estate agent and broker. He now maintains his license to help ensure his proficiency in real estate matters. Also before becoming an attorney, Nathan gained invaluable experience working with a local civil engineering firm and at the Okaloosa County Department of Growth Management. While in law school, he clerked at a Pensacola civil litigation firm and worked for a local legal aid organization. He started his career in earnest as an attorney and proprietor of Nathan D. Boyles, PA in 2008. Licensed to practice law in Florida as well as Alabama, his primary legal focus has been in the areas of real-estate and business law. In 2010, Nathan opened The Main Street Land Title Company, Inc. as a way of further enhancing the services that he is able to provide to his clients. Today, Nathan has scaled back his law practice to focus on providing legal support for the transactions at MSLTC.

    Crystal attended Okaloosa Walton Community College (now NW FL State College) and then The University of West Florida where she received her degree in Business Administration and Professional Accountancy. While working full-time as a Controller at a local government contractor, Crystal took masters courses to qualify to sit for the Florida Certified Public Accountant exam. Crystal received her CPA designation in 2009. She has since worked as an Auditor at a large regional public accounting firm and as a Chief Financial Officer at a local aviation business. In 2017, Crystal joined the MSLTC team to bring her financial soundness and managerial skills to the business. Her understanding of sound accounting practices ensures you are working with a stable and trustworthy company.
